What does 'Wellbeing' mean to you?  We may have a slightly different take on the exact measure of what it means to be well but some of the themes that unite us all are a desire to feel calm, less anxious, be able to love and be loved, to live without fear and to live with more peace in our lives.

​

If I was to tell you that all this is possible, no matter what your situation, what would your reaction be?  When we begin to understand how we create the experience of our own lives, moment to moment through our thoughts, we come to see that as our minds settle, we really do have an innate, natural state of calm and clarity within us, no matter what our life's circumstances.

All the great spiritual teachers tell us that being present is a way of dispelling worries and regrets, as the present moment is all we really have.

This 'being present' is also about letting go, relaxing and softening into the present moment.  Here our thoughts can settle, like snow to the ground and we can step back from the stories we create and instead discern what is really true and what is not.

When we are in a clear space and our minds aren't creating chaos within us, we are more open to ideas, creativity and adventure, listening to that tug of what our wisdom knows so we have more confidence to follow our own life's path.  Wellbeing Support can combine practical advice on ways to feel more grounded, how other therapies can support you, offering you the knowledge of my experience and tips that you can choose to take on or not, as you learn to listen to what feels right for you.
