On this first day of February we become aware of the first signs of Spring and the returning of the light and welcomed in with the February Full Moon or beautifully named Snow Moon.  Being aware of the moon cycles and nature's cycles of the year connects us to the natural world, sensing the energies at play around us that we are all part of and that are part of us - so many things to ponder in this world that give us good feelings and looking up to the skies can certainly be one of them.
