Hello and welcome. I hope you're enjoying the lengthening days and the palpable sense of Spring in the air. I'm reminded to look for the magic in the world - this can be in many simple forms, like the tree in your street, the happy coincidence, the genuine sharing with friends. There really is beauty among the chaos, within and without and it's also true that the more we choose to turn our minds and attention towards the things that give us the good feelings, the more they grow.

​This month, I'm very much looking forward to learning more naturopathic gems at The Healing Garden in Sussex and deepening my understanding of The 3 Principles of universal mind, consciousness and thought at a graduate weekend workshop with Ian Watson. These extra days of learning, scattered throughout the year, always bring joy and invariably offer wonderful insights which I bring back to my treatments with you.
