Hello and welcome.
The leaves are rapidly changing their colours now and the daylight hours are shortening and I find myself settling happily into the Autumn season and hope that you're embracing the seasonal change too.
While Richmond continues to be my main clinic space, I'm very happy to be adding additional weekday appointment options with The Practice Rooms in Shoreditch (5 mins walk from Old Street Tube) and London Bridge (a few mins from London Bridge Tube) for Homeopathy, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki appointments. The Clinics are newly refurbished and both have a lovely feel to them and I look forward to meeting some of you there soon.
The Wellbeing Support that I offer is a type of coaching based on the Three Principles of mind, consciousness and thought where we begin to discern the link between many of the stories we tell ourselves and what is really true. I offer this online and it's a light centred and open hearted approach to seeing who we really are, as interconnected beings in this world.
