Hello and welcome.

I'm beginning this month by gathering with some homeopaths to take a deeper dive into the Matridonal remedies whose original sources have a direct connection to pregnancy, birth and lactation - gifts from the mother.  I love continuing to go deeper into all the therapies I offer and spend time with other holistic therapists and always come away with new insights and often a sense of knowing that I knew but being reminded that I do!  I think we can all relate to that experience in the broader context of life, when we see something afresh and remember, more often through a feeling rather than an actual memory.  This can often be experienced as an 'ahaa' moment, sometimes it feels big and other times it's more gentle but it is always part of a shift in our consciousness and we can't completely un-know that again.
